One may never guess about the person who these items belong to unless you are an investigator. Without you having to invest much thought I can tell you about my friend who's shelf these items sit upon and it may all make more sense. After a successful studio session I stopped by Edward's apartment for a short visit. I captured several interesting images but this mixture of collectibles I found to be the most interesting and the best to share. Ed and I grew up together attending Catholic school while he was part of A.Y.S.O. He used to tell me it stood for Arabian yogurt suckers organization. After graduating high school, this soccer playing alter boy joined the Navy as a corpsman. With just that being said it should bring light to why someone would display such a mish mosh of items with pride.

At my new, favorite Market, Henry's, picking up some fresh produce for my healthy way of living.

Another great dinner! Tonight's menu consists of a butterflied angus fillet with gorgonzola, mini heirloom tomato and basil salad and organic quinoa mixed with sauteed veggies. Weight loss is inevitable.

What do you get when you stuff your breasts in shells? No, not a mermaid. Chicken tacos! These are so covered with cheese that you can't see much but you can trust they were great.

32/365

Perfect breasts with no augmentation.

Grammy Guacamole

The family and I enjoyed this years Grammy Awards and a 3D tribute to Michael Jackson as I hosted a taco night to celebrate. Get a load of this close up of my world famous guacamole. So delicious! I can taste the fresh lime, garlic and avocados now. I wish you could too.

FRANKLY FRESH

Remember the name. You can't go wrong when you see this green logo. Stop by your local grocery store (on the west coast) and pick some up. I did...

Edward & Jim. Jim is in his belly.

Another dinner shot. As I upload my meals to this blog I'm noticing that I put diced tomatoes on almost everything. This was what we called a fiesta turkey burger with my version of mo-jos on the side. Just a turkey patty, with no bun, covered in pico de gallo. Healthy and delicious like I try to make all my meals.

Someone either couldn't wait to get home and take a nap or is napping at his home. I was waiting to pick up my wife from work and noticed a man sleeping at the base of a flagpole. I understand that some people are without homes but it doesn't make sense to me how they will sleep out in the open like this. He was was in direct sunlight with people passing him on the sidewalk. Maybe they feel more secure out in the open. I suppose no one would mess with a person in broad day light, in public. Or maybe he just doesn't care.

EEEK! MICE!!! I sat back to enjoy a little prime time boob tube and was greeted by the happiest rodents on earth.

26/365

Dinner is served! Salmon with bruschetta tomatoes and sauteed brussel sprouts. Can it get more healthy than this?

Speed Demon Seed

Made a stop at Babies R Us so the Mrs. could pick up a baby shower gift for a co-worker. I don't have a child myself but enjoyed the visit to the store. They make lots of cool stuff for babies like this walker. Get them started young and imbed that need for speed and flashiness.

Haven't seen this shade of blue for two weeks. We have been rained on here in California as if it were time to load an arc with every type of living creature in sets of two, male and female. Don't get me wrong. We need it and appreciate it. I'm thankful that i can shut my sprinklers off and give my water bill a break. So when I stopped at Chevron to fill up I had to capture this sky since I didn't know how long it would last. The palm trees were a nice compliment to it as well. Next time it rains I can pull it up on the old Iphone and catch some rays while trying to stay dry and warm.

I didn't know they grew in gardens.
My mind is always in the gutter. Especially at the grocery store. I never miss the opportunity to snap a photo of a product who's name could be interpreted as something dirty. When will I ever grow up?

22.1/365

Charlie Murphy to the rescue, stretching out her legs getting her Superman pose on. A peculiar sight to see how she holds her legs out. I have seen it before but my wife had to drag me over to take a look since it's the first time she caught it. What do you expect when a turtle is trying to catch some rays? She has to get her legs out of the shell to avoid tan lines.

22/365

Do the Dew old school style. I love retro "throwback" stuff. Theres always something charming about it. Plus this product not only has the look, but it also made with a classic ingredient... sugar. No high fructose corn syrup... blah.

21/365

Candied walnuts at work. As I've said I'm in the food biz and one of the many things we produce is salads for the grocery stores. These tasty treats will go on top of one of the many delicious green salads we make.

I have been making fresh salsa every other night for the past week. It's fast, fresh, healthy and delicious. This batch was also SPICY! You never know what your going to get when you slice in to a jalapeño or serrano pepper. Sometimes they're hot. Sometimes they're not. I was cautious and only added half a jalapeño this time and it was FIRE!!!

Good night, Charlie Murphy.

The big guns

17/365

44, 357, 45 & 9. Spent a large part of the day at an outdoor shooting range. I shot 8 different guns and got a nice bruise on my shoulder from the hunting rifles. I learned it can be an expensive hobby due to the cost of ammo. People even "reload" the shells as a less expensive alternative.

Are naughty things occuring in the World of Disney?

16.6/365

Vinylmation!

16.5/365

Next stop was Trader Joes for some organic produce. I came across this happy wine. I thought all wine was happy wine.

16.4/365

This speaks for itself.

16.3/365

Variety is the spice of life. At Cost Plus they have a Haribo selection my rivals none.

16.2/365

After lunch checked out Cost Plus World Market for they're furniture sale and and this little guy posed for a closeup. Great posture!

16.1/365

Breakfast for lunch. Don't panic, they're organic.

Got a lot done on the 16th and you will see what I saw. I took you all with me via cell phone camera and we didn't miss a beat. Maybe I'm over compensation for missing yesterdays pic.

This is Dan (the man) putting his Chuckers on, preparing to head home. He stopped by and helped me take Xmas lights off my house and tree. He's very helpful that way. Let me know if you need him and I'll send him over. I'm pretty sure he does windows.

15/365

Today was a failure as far as taking a daily pic goes. However my day was productive as I was busy at work. Despite having my trusty iPhone in my pocket it didn't cross my mind to snap a photo. There's actually lots of interesting sights to see at my job. I'll make an effort to share wth you what I see there. My apologies for the lack of image in this post.

Today's menu offers petite fillet of angus beef with organic roasted cauliflower and mixed mushroom quinoa.

13/365

Invited out to have a 2nd breakfast by some coworkers, this little guy and his culinary offering sparked my interest. I would think some people find these types of statues to be creepy and unappetizing. Or maybe thats just me.

Today's secret Iron Chef ingredient is... NEW YORK PIZZA DOUGH!!! A friend of mine smuggled this back from Long Island for me. I hear it's the New York water that makes their pizzas so special. I think they're right.

It's good to have the hook up at the L.A. produce market. It's just one of the many perks of working in the food industry. A guy has to have a day job. And what better than food for a foodie? Can't wait to get these home and get my Iron Chef on. What would you do with a case of pomegranates?

5/365

Getting fresh or at least waiting my turn to do so. Had to get cleaned up for a performance in Santa Monica, CA. It's funny how I used to wait 3 hours to get my haircut and now the barber is waiting for me sometimes. The economy is rough. It has people either growing their hair long or shaving it all off at home. Can a new haircut now be considered a sign of wealth?

Happy New Year! A very dear friend of mine invited me to join a challenge he was a part of. Posting a photo for each day of 2010. This is right up my alley ever since I have had my iPhone. Unfortunately I had been overcome by food poisoning for the first few days of this year and I missed the first three. I promise to make it up with interesting and creative photos. And the occasional double whammy.

Today I found myself at a Guitar Center store when the wall of guitars caught my eye... Hopefully it has caught yours all well.
